I haven’t received a booking confirmation, am I coming to Congress?
If you have tried to book but haven’t been sent a confirmation email from Eventbrite, your order may not have gone through successfully. Check your email’s junk folder and contact AoU if you don’t find anything.
What time does Congress start on Wednesday?
Afternoon tours on Wednesday 8 June will be starting at 2:30pm. Make sure you know which tour you have booked on and where it starts.
Am I coming to Congress Dinner?
All are welcome at Friday’s Congress Dinner, but advance booking is required. All 3 day tickets (except Community/Charity ticket) include Congress Dinner, and dinner-only tickets are available via Eventbrite for anyone else would like to come.
Are there any Congress hotels?
This year we have secured a block of rooms and special Congress rate on the following hotels. However, please check the usual comparison sites to ensure you are getting the best rates. The Academy team will be staying in The Quarter.

Belfast City Hall – Wednesday evening
The MAC – Thursday morning
Ulster Museum – Thursday evening
Crumlin Road Gaol – Friday all day
Carlisle Memorial Church – Friday evening (Congress Dinner)
